Here’s a video of the Orquesta Filarmónica de Bogotá – its youth section mostly – performing Janáček‘s Cunning Little Vixen in August 2021. The staging is as simple and low-budget as they go. I would call it home-made, but – considering the general “weirdness” of the story – it works just as well as any other. It’s sung in Spanish and there are Spanish subtitles.
According to the Orchestra, it was the first opera of Czech origin to be performed in Colombia. If I understand correctly, it was this very production, originally from 2019, that introduced Czech opera to the Bogotan public.
