Tofu à la Russe

I’m talking about tofu with horseradish as available in Moscow groceries. I have just tried it; it’s eatable, and moderately appealing to a hungry person.

But isn’t most of the tofu produced en masse outside of Japan simply overpriced Nutra-Loaf?
